There are moments in life where everything shifts.
Not gradually.
Not comfortably.
But all at once.
This is one of those moments for me.
After 15 years as a designated Professional Financial Advisor, I found myself standing at a crossroads I never truly expected to arrive at this way. On the very day I was set to return to work after nearly two years on protected medical leave… that chapter came to an unexpected end.
And just like that, there was no going back.
Only forward.
If you’ve followed my journey for any amount of time, you know photography has never just been about taking pictures.
It has been about healing.
About connection.
About telling stories that matter.
About standing in wild places and remembering what it feels like to be fully alive.
For years, OMNP lived alongside my career.
Early mornings.
Late nights.
Weekends.
Every spare ounce of energy I had.
Now…
It is everything.
I am officially stepping fully into this life as a photographer, speaker, guide, and mentor.
And I can honestly say this with everything in me…
✨ This is the most aligned I have ever felt.
There is so much happening right now, and it’s not just exciting…
It’s deeply meaningful.
This one feels special.
Not because it’s packed with locations or technical overload… but because it isn’t.
This is about:
Slowing down.
Breathing again.
Reconnecting with creativity, with nature, and with yourself.
Small group.
Intentional time.
Real conversations.
This is the kind of experience I wish existed years ago when I needed it most.
This has been years in the making.
A true bucket-list, once-in-a-lifetime experience in Churchill, Manitoba… standing on the edge of the world, photographing polar bears, tundra landscapes, and the raw beauty of the North.
But more than that…
It’s about witnessing something bigger than ourselves.
Understanding the fragility of it.
And coming home… changed.
