I’m thrilled to announce the upcoming St. Clair Region Conservation Authority (SCRCA) photo contest with which Oh Me Nerves Photography has partnered. This is a contest, where photographers of all skill levels can showcase their talent and passion for capturing the beauty of our local environment. This year, I have the honor of not only judging the contest but also partnering with Vanguard World to bring an exciting prize for the adult Habitat and Landscape category. The SCRCA photo contest is a wonderful opportunity for photographers to celebrate the diverse landscapes, habitats and wildlife that make our region so special. Whether it's the lush forests, serene wetlands, or breathtaking vistas, there’s no shortage of natural beauty waiting to be captured through your lens.

Quick Summary I am honored to announce my selection as one of the top 100 photographers by the Audubon Society, marking the start of an exciting expedition. All travel arrangements are booked, supported by 14 sponsors and numerous non-profits. I've completed an interview with Blake Ellis from The Petrolia Lambton Independent Newspaper and am collaborating with Faith and Dylan from the Churchill Northern Studies Centre on the itinerary. My main camera gear is being prepared for the journey, and thanks to Mark Campbell's generosity, I can continue working with borrowed equipment. Research from CNSC and the book "Night Spirits: The Story of the Relocation of the Sayisi Dene" has been insightful. The 2025 Nature and Newfoundland Calendars are nearly ready, with proceeds supporting various non-profits. I'm also busy with submissions to major photography contests. I am deeply grateful and excited for this journey and the support I've received. Stay tuned for more updates!

Hey everyone,‍It feels like a whirlwind since my last blog post on March 10th! So much has happened, and I can't wait to share it all with you.‍From the incredible sold-out show at the largest camera club in North America (yes, you read that right!) to participating in a couple of vendor shows, booking and paying for two legs of my Arctic Expedition, and taking a recent medical leave from my day job - it's been a rollercoaster of emotions.
