August 30, 2023, was a day filled with excitement...

Months of hard work, dedication, and passion had led me to this moment. I had submitted my work to the International Photography Awards (IPA) for their 2023 competition, and now, the moment had arrived. Receiving the IPA 2023 Official Selection Certificate in my email inbox made it all feel real. In this blog, I want to share with you the exhilaration and pride I felt upon receiving this certificate.

Before diving into my own experience, let me give you a bit of background on the IPA. The International Photography Awards is one of the most prestigious and renowned photography competitions in the world. It's an annual event that celebrates the art of photography by recognizing and honoring outstanding photographers across various categories and genres. Winning or even being selected for this competition is a significant achievement for any photographer.

The journey began months ago when I decided to submit my best work to the IPA. I carefully selected a few of my most captivating and meaningful photographs and meticulously filled out the submission forms. It was a nerve-wracking experience, wondering if my work would stand out among the thousands of submissions from talented photographers worldwide.

Fast forward to a few weeks later, and I receive an email from IPA that would change my life. The subject line read, "Congratulations, your entry made it to the "Official Selection" Round - IPA 2023!" I couldn't click on it fast enough. As I read through the email, my heart raced with excitement. My Wildlife Portfolio had been selected for the IPA 2023 Official Selection. It was a surreal feeling to know that my work had caught the attention of the judges and was going to be recognized on a global stage.

As I continued to read through the email, clicking on the link, revealing the beautifully designed certificate bearing the IPA logo and my name. Having it printed and now holding it in my hands; what an indescribable feeling. It is tangible proof of my dedication to photography and the recognition of my artistry.

Receiving the IPA 2023 Official Selection Certificate has filled me with an immense sense of pride and gratitude. It is a validation of my creative journey and a reminder that hard work and passion can lead to extraordinary opportunities. I will soon be hanging this certificate on my studio wall, a constant source of motivation and a testament to the possibilities that can unfold when you pursue your passion with dedication.

This was and is a significant milestone in my photography career. It was a moment of validation, pride, and the realization that dreams can come true with determination and creativity. This experience has inspired me to continue pushing my creative boundaries and exploring new horizons in the world of photography.
